NO PLACE LIKE HOME // IN SEARCH OF DEAN PETTY
After giving up on the ‘Californian Dream’, Dean Petty returned east to the tight-knit northern Atlantic scene of Cow Bay, Nova Scotia, a place he grew to love throughout his childhood traveling there with his family, and going to school in nearby Halifax.
‘In Search of Dean Petty’, is an exclusive short film shot entirely on Kodak Tri-X Super 8 while on assignment for Desillusion Magazine in the winter of 2014. This film is based on the article ‘Give Me Ten Years - In Search of Dean Petty' published in Desillusion Magazine 46, Tome 2
